How we source facts
- Every factual statement links to a primary source: the VA OGC accreditation page, VA Form 21a, 38 CFR part 14 on eCFR, 38 U.S.C. 5904, or the Federal Register.
- If something is not stated in a primary source, such as the exam's question count, time limit, or open-book rule, we say so and label any secondary report as unverified.
- Sources were last checked October 4, 2026. Each page lists its sources.
